It will only last a little while and then I'm back to putting on that favorite cannibal corpse tshirt. I recently got a job as a hostess at a really good restuarant and we have to wear heels. Tho they hurt my feet I must admit I feel really good in them. So instead of changing my style completely I've decided I will keep my band tshirts and skinny jeans and just add an addition of heels. so I would like pictures of ladies in band tshirts with heels. i dont mind what bottom they are beause I do like leggings tho id like to stick with jeans and leggings. I wear skirts very occsionally. *I'm not into cutting up my tshirts either so we can save that suggestion for another time. I dont know I just cant cut up my tshirts and I'm a little nervous id mess it up. Most of my band tshirts are on the small side so they fit nicely and arent bulky . thankx happy holidays <3 post comment

lights & stalking [20 Dec 2009|06:21am] madradstalkers [ourowleyes] i have two things to ask you lovely stalkers for today. first is a girl with a shaved head. she posted in whatiworetoday2 a few times, and i went through the tags, but i can't remember her username. i remember her having dreads until she shaved them off, but because i seen her wiwt2 posts about a year ago, i'm not sure of the current length. her hair was a blondish brown color and i believe she wore glasses. i also remember her being vegan. ring any bells? second is these lights. ( under here ) the bulbs seem to be more on the round side. anybody have any idea where i might find these? TIA! post comment

Someone else posted a photo which was a page from a girl's moleskin diary. Someone else posted the link to that user's flickr (I think her name was like Ee... something. Like, the first two letters of her name were both 'E'), and other people posted links to similar styles of moleskin. I remember the flickr girl had a whole bunch of diaries which had pages with her handwriting saying things like, "It's so hard" and "All I want is YOU" and the like. I swear, I have looked EVERYWHERE I could think. I've read the last 300 entries of mrs, googled it, gone through my own internet history, everything. So if anyone could find this for me, I would be SO grateful! x post comment

Chianti substitute? [26 Dec 2009|02:02pm] cooking [gemfyre] Well this Christmas was one for cookbooks - I got three! One of them has a chicken caccitore recipe that looks easy and I intend to make it in a few days time. The recipe calls for half a bottle of chianti. Now we don't have any chianti in the house and don't really want to buy some. We have various reds and whites available though. What would be the best substitute? And also, how much, volume wise, is half a bottle of chianti? post comment

Christmas down under! [26 Dec 2009|12:06pm] cooking [ekmahal] Christmas here was a glorious 25 (celsius!), nice and warm and gloriously sunny. In fact, Christmas dinner this year was low key - steaks on the barbecue and salads. We had no family around, so we didn't bother making a huge meal. I did make an effort with the cake. Camo beanie [25 Dec 2009|11:43pm] crochetcrochet [goodjoan] OK, my iphone doesn't size things appropriately! The camo visor beanie is done! It did start to make a funky pattern with the colors when I got to the straight part of the pattern so I turned it and worked the rounds back and forth. It didn't stop the repeats, but it broke them up enough that they aren't as obvious. There is a slight ridge from the turning, and if you look closely, you can see the hdc's leaning the other way but I doubt anyone will notice. I made it on an I hook and used H for the visor and the size is Perfect for my 14 year old son. ( Read more... ) post comment

I got this recipe from an old copy of the 2007 "100 Best Cookies" issue of Better Homes and Gardens. I thought this recipe was simple (and delicious!)and didn't call for too many fancy ingredients. I just had to buy the chocolate. Ok, so it looks more like a Valentine's treat with the leftover heart sprinkles I decided to throw on there. But still cute nonetheless. Currently in my bangs I have Punky violet (though it came out blueberry coloured), which I put in 12 days ago. Would it be safe to bleach my whole head in two days? Persimmon Pudding [24 Dec 2009|08:11pm] bakebakebake [bunney] [ mood | content ] Hi all and Happy Holidays! This is my first post and I come bearing a true delicacy...persimmon pudding! This is actually my sister's recipe, but I have tweaked it, so I'm laying claim to it! I doubt that she'll mind much...she's going to be eating it tomorrow anyway :) I only have one picture, but this is literally seconds after removing it from the oven. In my opinion, it looks scrumptious! It will sink and darken a bit as it cools, too. This is more of a very, very moist cake consistency rather than the gelatinous consistency most puddings have.
